Since 2007 I am self-employed consultant for software engineering and qualiy management, as well as CMMI Appraiser.

My consulting is based on 30 years of experiance in world wide software development:
1977 Start as software developer at Siemens - Program and System Engineering (PSE) in Vienna, Austria.
Since 1984 in the central departement for software quality management with focus on:
• Elaboration of the system development method SEM
• Leadership of work groups for software engineering topics, process improvement and elaboration of trainings for development processes
• Implementation of the quality management system & ISO 9001 certification
• Coaching of the regional quality managers during implementation of the quality management system of their country 
• Global collaboration at 20 location in 8 countries of Europe, Asia,  and USA (training in the countries, analysis of distributed projects and elaboration of best practice for globally distributed projects
• Since 1993 I was concerned with CMM(I) and assessments
• Coordination of EFQM Selfassessments
• ISO 9001 auditor, CMMI appraiser, certified SCRUM master
