Create Support Centers
Where is the best way between the extreme attitudes
- Every project is owned by the project team and the team solves all the problems itself (sounds very agile), and
- Division of labor between specialist in a larger organization?
The special knowledge that is distributed in the minds of different persons who are working in different projects in an orginization shall be applied in the projects where it is needed most without demotivating the project team. That is not easy but it is nevertheless possible, we did it.
My contribution: I help you to design and implement support centers with consulting, coaching and training.
